Jared is a native of Amarillo, TX. He attended Texas Tech University receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration. His experience in real estate began in 2003 as a licensed assistant with Coldwell Banker. After selling residential property independently for a few years Jared went into the transportation and logistics industry.

Over his years in transportation and logistics, Jared worked in various industries throughout the US and locally. After 15 years of owning and managing a small transportation fleet and being an agent for an independent brokerage logistics company, he felt the time was right to merge his knowledge and passion of real estate with his business experience. His knowledge of warehousing, distribution centers and industrial end users will be an asset to customers seeking to buy and lease space within these niches.

Jared’s business experience and real estate investment knowledge is multifaceted and offers depth which allows him to serve his client’s commercial real estate needs whether that be industrial, investment, office or retail.

Jared is involved in our local community. He currently serves as the President for the Greenways Homeowners Association and has served on the advisory board for the WTAMU College of Fine Arts & Humanities.
